Mina Radojević Vlačić is a licensed attorney at Stojković Attorneys (AK STATT), where she advises domestic and international clients on matters involving immigration law, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and international mobility.
Mina graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2017. During her studies, she consistently achieved outstanding academic results and actively participated in faculty study groups as one of the top-performing students of her generation.
She began her legal career as a trainee in a Belgrade law office, where she gained practical experience in civil and criminal law. In August 2020, Mina joined Stojković Attorneys, where she further expanded her expertise across several practice areas, including energy law, corporate and commercial law, labor law, and immigration law.
After passing the Serbian Bar Exam, Mina continued her work with AK STATT as a licensed attorney. She regularly advises and represents clients across a wide range of industries, including highly regulated sectors such as energy, technology, and international business.
Mina has participated in complex legal projects involving major international companies and multinational platforms, including projects related to Deel, General Electric, and other global corporations, assisting clients in navigating Serbian regulatory frameworks and cross-border legal matters.
As part of the firm’s immigration and international mobility practice, Mina has also worked on a number of successfully completed Serbian Citizenship by Exception cases for high-net-worth individuals, contributing to the legal preparation, structuring, and submission of applications to the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
She regularly advises on matters involving employment law, cross-border mobility of employees, immigration compliance, employment of foreign nationals, and posting of workers abroad.
Drawing on her professional experience in the United States, Mina has developed a strong understanding of the legal and practical challenges faced by international clients relocating to Serbia. Her current work focuses on advising foreign individuals and companies on company incorporation, residence permits, work permits, and Serbian citizenship procedures.
Mina is also a two-time co-author of the Serbian chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Corporate Investigations, contributing to the 2024 edition of this globally recognized legal publication.
Mina is fluent in Serbian and English, with a working knowledge of German.
She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
