Consumer Rights and Complaints Policy

1. Introduction
This Consumer Rights and Complaints Policy (the "Policy") explains how Advokat Miomir A. Stojković, attorney-at-law, operating under the brands Stojković Attorneys (STATT) and Immigrate to Serbia (the "Firm", "we", "us", or "our"), handles complaints relating to Services provided through its websites or otherwise.
This Policy should be read together with the Firm's:
- Terms of Use;
- Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Payment Terms and Refund Policy; and
- the applicable Engagement Documents.
Nothing contained in this Policy creates any rights beyond those provided by mandatory applicable law or the applicable Engagement Documents.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to complaints concerning:
- legal consultations;
- legal and professional services;
- digital services;
- online services;
- payments;
- invoices;
- refunds;
- website-related issues; and
- other matters relating to the Firm's Services.
Nothing in this Policy limits the Firm's professional independence or its obligations under applicable law and professional ethics.
3. Submitting a Complaint
Complaints should be submitted in writing and should include sufficient information to enable the Firm to identify and review the relevant matter.

The Firm may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.
4. Review of Complaints
The Firm will review complaints fairly, objectively, and in good faith.
Where appropriate, the Firm may:
- request additional information;
- seek clarification from the Client;
- review relevant documentation;
- communicate with persons involved in the relevant matter; and
- propose an appropriate resolution where justified.
Submission of a complaint does not suspend the Client's payment obligations unless required by mandatory applicable law or expressly agreed by the Firm in writing.
5. Response
The Firm will endeavour to respond to complaints within a reasonable period, taking into account:
- the complexity of the matter;
- the documentation provided;
- legal and professional obligations;
- the need for any internal or external review.
Where additional time is reasonably required, the Firm may extend the review period and inform the complainant accordingly.
6. Professional Services
The Firm provides professional legal services that require the exercise of independent legal judgment.
Accordingly, disagreement with legal advice, litigation strategy, legal assessment, administrative practice, governmental decisions, judicial decisions, or the outcome of any legal matter shall not, by itself, constitute evidence of professional misconduct, breach of contract, or entitlement to compensation or a refund.
7. Limitation of This Policy
This Policy establishes the Firm's internal complaints procedure only.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall:
- create any additional contractual obligations;
- modify the applicable Engagement Documents;
- expand the Firm's legal or professional liability;
- limit the Firm's professional independence;
- waive attorney-client privilege, legal professional privilege, or professional secrecy;
- prejudice any rights or remedies available to the Firm under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Nothing contained in this Policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation where such legislation applies.
9. Changes to This Policy
The Firm reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on the Site and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
