Petar Kilibarda

Petar Kilibarda is a senior associate attorney at Stojković Attorneys (AK STATT), where he advises founders, companies and investors on company formation, corporate structuring, and related tax and regulatory matters, as well as real estate and construction.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade in 2014 and has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2018.

Petar began his career in corporate and enforcement practice, managing complex enforcement proceedings, assisting with the incorporation of domestic and foreign companies, and developing employment-law policies. Since joining the firm he has broadened his focus across regulated industries.

His practice covers company formation and corporate law, tax and regulatory compliance for businesses, real estate and construction projects, employment law, healthcare and other regulated sectors, and commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Petar works with clients in Serbian and English.
