Nikola Lončar

Nikola Lončar is a licensed attorney at Stojković Attorneys (AK STATT), where he advises private and business clients on civil and commercial litigation, insurance and compensation claims, real estate transactions, and Serbian citizenship matters.

He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac in 2021, and went on to complete a specialization in corporate law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His master's research examined compensation for damages under motor-vehicle liability insurance.

Between 2021 and 2024 Nikola trained at a Belgrade law office, concentrating on civil law and damages and representing clients in litigation involving civil liability and compensation. He passed the Serbian Bar Exam in 2024 and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Chamber.

His practice covers traffic-accident and insurance compensation, civil and commercial disputes, damages and liability claims, property transactions, and inheritance and succession. As part of the firm's immigration practice, he has contributed to more than a hundred successfully completed Serbian citizenship by descent cases.
