Jovana Ilić

Jovana Ilić is a licensed attorney at Stojković Attorneys (AK STATT), where she advises clients on corporate, employment, administrative, contract, inheritance and property law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2021 and is enrolled in postgraduate (LL.M.) studies with a focus on criminal law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and joined Stojković Attorneys as an associate attorney in 2024.

After beginning her career as a legal trainee and qualifying as an attorney at a Belgrade firm, Jovana built broad experience across civil and employment disputes, representing clients before courts and administrative authorities. She has worked extensively on large-scale real-estate and construction projects, including retail and commercial-centre developments, and has developed particular expertise in building legalization proceedings (ozakonjenje objekata).

She also provides ongoing legal support to technology companies on corporate, contractual, employment and regulatory questions.

Jovana works with clients in Serbian and English.
