Payment Methods
Payment for products in our online store can be made using one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, or Amex that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure and Banca Intesa ad Beograd, securely and certified through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering card information.
Once card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the amount is charged from your account immediately. We do not perform a pre-authorization; instead, the funds are collected right away.
The service you have paid for will be delivered at a later time, in accordance with the defined terms and agreed timelines.
If the payment is not successful, the order will not be confirmed and the transaction will not be processed.

Data Protection During Payment

The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder information throughout the entire payment process: from data entry at the merchants point of sale, communication between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.
Refund Policy
In the event of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the refund will be made exclusively through the same VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, or Amex card used for the original payment. This means that our bank will process the refund to the cardholders account at our request.
Payment Conversion Statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. Načini plaćanja
Plaćanje proizvoda na našoj internet prodavnici je moguće izvršiti na jedan od sledećih načina: platnim karticama – VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX i Dina koje podržavaju plaćanje preko Interneta. Plaćanje karticama je realizovano u saradnji sa AllSecure doo i Banca Intesa ad Beograd obavlja se na bezbedan i sertifikovan način preko AllSecure Paymet Gateway-a, jednostavnim unosom podataka sa platne kartice.
Nakon što se unesu podaci o kartici i potvrdi plaćanje, banka autorizuje transakciju i iznos se odmah naplaćuje sa vašeg računa, time se transakcija kompletira.
Usluga koju ste platili biće izvršena naknadno, u skladu sa definisanim uslovima i dogovorenim rokovima.
Ukoliko plaćanje ne bude uspešno, porudžbina neće biti potvrđena, a transakcija neće biti obrađena.

Zaštita podataka prilikom plaćanja
Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacije se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola, primenom najsavremenijih metoda tokenizacije osetljivih podataka, i u skladu sa PCI-DSS standardima. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni trgovcu.

Povraćaj sredstava
U slučaju povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je predhodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, taj povraćaj se vrši isključivo preko iste VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX i Dina kartice koja je korištena za plaćanje. Ovo znači da će naša banka na naš zahtev obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.
Izjava o konverziji
Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD). Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Klijenti Firme
Samo pojedinci ili entiteti koji su sa Firmom potpisali uzajamni ugovor o zadržavanju ili su razmenili komunikaciju koja predstavlja ponudu i prihvatanje ponude smatraju se klijentima Firme („Klijenti Firme“). Firma ne preuzima odgovornost niti odgovara za bilo koji Prilog.
Međunarodna upotreba
Sajt je pod kontrolom, upravom i administracijom Firme iz kancelarija u Republici Srbiji i namenjen je isključivo za upotrebu unutar Srbije. Ne dajemo nikakve garancije u vezi sa korišćenjem Sajta izvan Republike Srbije.
Ostali uslovi

Izričito pristajete i neopozivo se pokoravate isključivoj ličnoj nadležnosti i mestu tih sudova.
Odvojivost
Ako neka odredba ovih Uslova bude proglašena nevažećom ili neprimenjivom od strane nadležnog suda, tada će se ta odredba modifikovati u meri potrebnoj da bude važeća i primenjiva, a sve ostale odredbe ovih Uslova će ostati u punoj snazi i na snazi.
